Data we collect

Name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message, when you send them through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

Purposes

To answer your request, route it to the appropriate TERVIA company, send the information or quotes you ask for and follow up commercially. We do not use your data for other purposes and we do not sell it.

Transfers

Your data may be shared only with the TERVIA companies that handle your request and with hosting and email providers bound by confidentiality.

Your rights

You may access, correct, cancel or object to the processing of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contacto@tervia.mx. We will answer within 20 business days.
